I've been obsess with watching K-dramas right now. I am currently watching and loving "You're Beautiful". Its a funny and cute drama. The acting is good but they aren't going for serious here, over the top comedy and a little over acting is what makes the series so great. Too bad it is almost over. One more week till it ends but 2 more weeks for the non korean speaker since subs usually come out 1 week after the episodes air. If anyone needs to know, its about a twin sister having to take over for her twin brother as a new member in a IDOL band and trying to conceal her gender until the brother comes back.

I just finish "My Fair Lady". Excellent series, music and acting. I did 16 episodes in 2 nights to finish it off. It was that addicting. Its about a Rich spoiled girl given a butler to set her attitude straight. The main lead is Yoon Eun-hye if anyone else knows her. She was part of Baby VOX (K-pop girl band) and her last drama was Coffee Prince. So many people did parodies of that drama, including Big Bang. The love and relationship felt real because the story was good. It didn't felt forced like some dramas where the leads "HAD" to fall in love.
I am currently downloading Coffee Prince and Iris for Madi for her T.O.P. love, lol.
I need more drama and shoujo, lol.

He finally came out with a new album, first single is awesome, have a listen. Once again the lyrics are sad.
I also finish watching his korean drama a few days ago. I didn't even know he was part of one till I read he won 2009 Male Drama Actor award from Mnet, lol. Stayed up late or didn't even sleep to watch all 28 episodes. Its so addicting, and I hate it when the episodes end with a crazy cliff hanger, making you want to watch the next episode right away. If anyone wants, let me know, I can burn or send to you. The drama is Brilliant Inheritance/Legacy if anyone wants to look it up.

Was in the mood to read new manga so I went to Anime Castle in Queens today. Brought

I didn't even know Bokura Ga Ita was licensed since it was under a different name here, the literal translation of "We Were There". FINALLY!! Yotsuba volume 6!!! Been waiting for it for almost 2 years along with DNANgel 12.

Edit: Otomen is freakin awesome!!! Just finish reading volume 1, lol.
Edit #2: I was organizing my shelfs when I realize, "Where are my DNAngel Mangas?" I spent like 30 minutes looking for them but couldn't. Then I realize, I think I sold them so I went to my past lj posts and I did sell them, lol. Once I'm done with DNAngel 12, you can have it Madi, lol.

Well, coming back from Otakon I managed to buy random volumes of One Piece and Negima. I figured I mind as well make a list of what I have, what I'm collecting and currently reading so I can get more people to read them.
- Negima - I had volume 1-4 (Didn't even know I had volume 4, lol) and I brought volume 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, 19, and 21 at Otakon. In all I need volume 5, 8, 10, 12, 14-18, 22+. Not too bad really, hope to get them cheap again.
- One Piece - I have 1-3 and now 19 and 20 from Otakon. Volumes I need, ALOT MORE!!
- Claymore - Brought volume 11 and 12 to fill in void of the DVD box. The ending for anime sucked since it had to make its own ending so I brought 11 and 12 to fill in the gap of the dvd volume 5 and 6.
Mangas I'm buying as each volume comes out is,
- Monkey High - Latest is volume 7 and that came out recently so have to wait awhile. Great shoujo, highly recommended.
- Kaze no Hana - Decent manga so far. I like most of the characters and the action is good. I see potential so I'm going to continue reading it.
- Honey Hunt - I brought the first 2 volumes recently (1 week before Otakon) and loving it. Another great shoujo about acting with similarities to Skip Beat with entering the business for revenge.
- Me & My Brothers - I only have up to volume 2 out of 8 released for now but I love it. It is so cute, lol. Its about 4 "brothers" invading a little girl's (Sakura) home after she is left with no one after her grandmother dies.
- Yubisaki Milk Tea - Highly recommended. It is is wonderful love story about two girls falling in love with a cross dressing boy and he can't choose between the two. Volume 8 is taking forever to come out, I'm afraid it might not even come out at all with Tokyopop going through alot of problems.

I saw that volume 1 just got released by Viz and will pick it up when more comes out. Yet another shoujo about a girl who can't make friends because she looks scary and gives off a evil vibe everytime someone gets near her. The faces she makes are hilarious.

I'm glad I decided to continue reading. It starts off slow but its great. I love the characters in it.
Of course I'm stilling reading Naruto and Bleach to see how they are but my fandom for both series have dropped.
Otakon 2009 was fun. Best part was Thursday night drinking game. Mina was quite funny and drunk playing Uno, lol. Overall the con was a B. The panels last year were better and pissed that the viewing of the Evangelion 1.0 movie had technical issues so ended up not being able to watch it.

The new trailer for the PS3 version of ToV looks amazing. The graphics are sharper, the hi-ougis are better and they got new costumes!!! They got ToA costumes!!! Yuri as Ashe and Estelle as Tear!! Can't wait to beat it for the 5th time.

After staying up all night (up to 5:50 am); I just finish adding the finishing touches to it. I just finished installing iLife '09 so now I got a great movie editing program and so much more. I'm also using Parallel 4.0 so I can run Windows XP on the system with no problems simultaneously. Its seriously good shit. All my drivers for my PC components work, had to do some programing to make my network adapter work but now its flawless and even faster than it was in windows. Now its time to pony up $99 for the Iphone 3.0 SDK. I completely recommend this setup, speed and reliability of Leopard with compatibilities of XP.
As for other news, sister's wedding is 2 weeks away. I know she must be getting nervous. She is having an American style wedding so no good asian food at the reception, damn... no shark fin soup.

Wow, the last scene from episode 21 of Toradora probably just made this show shoot straight to my number one anime of all time. The show went and did a complete 360 into what it is now from the beginning. It started off as a tsundere show and went into an amazing high school romance comedy/drama. The first batch of episodes gave you their personalities then it really made the characters grow and feelings become real. Everyone should check this one out.

I'm having a difficult time deciding which Macbook I want... Can't decide if I want the cheapest newly updated Macbook or the Unibody one. The former has firewire which I really would like to have but the other has a multitouch touch pad. I've been thinking and visiting the apple site for 4 days straight now.
Anyways, life is ok. Played Gears of War 2 with Madi and Sam still 1 am last night. It was fun, Madi was our MVP, lol. She sometimes had more kills and points than me, talk about a player.

Fuckin Microsoft Customer Care pissed me off. They robbed me of $12.50 for some retarded MS points so I can change my gamertag and make me do all this shit only for me to lose all my Tales of Vesperia data, including Achievements. All of my 48 Achievements, 160+ hours gone because I followed the rep's solutions. To make it worse, they can't do shit for me.
